These terms cover your use of preorder.whittsplace.com(the "Site"), which lets customers of Whitt's Place, a business of Fugate Farms, place preorders for meat and dairy. By placing a preorder, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Site collects preorder requests. We confirm what's available, prepare your order, and have it ready on your chosen pickup day at our shop in Tazewell, TN. We don't collect or process payment through this site — you pay at pickup.

Prices and estimates

Items priced per pound are weighed at pickup. Estimated totals shown on this Site are based on typical cut weights and the prices listed at the time of preorder; your final total reflects actual weight and may differ from the estimate. Prices and availability can change weekly.

Pickup and restocking

If you can't pick up on the date you selected, please let us know by phone or email. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the requested date may be returned to inventory and resold. Dairy items not picked up on the requested day are returned to inventory the same day due to shorter shelf life.

Substitutions

Cuts occasionally run out. If something on your preorder isn't available, we'll contact you to offer a substitution or skip that item.

Communications

When you place a preorder, we send you a confirmation by email. If you opt in to text messages (by selecting Text or Both on the form), we'll also send order updates and pickup notifications by SMS. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
